About you To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have: extensive knowledge of survey methodology and the use and utility of patient reported outcome measuresstrong statistical skills, including expertise in sample and study designexpertise in the presentation of numeric data in a simple and understandable wayexcellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnershipan understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to equity in the health and disability sector.About the role As the Senior Advisor, Patient Reported Measures, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patient reported tools used by Te Tahu Hauora are methodologically sound and provide information that will lead to actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will include: reviewing and analysing international approaches to PROMs relating to their effectiveness, uptake and resulting improvement activitiesidentifying gaps in intelligence where patient reported measures may be requiredworking collaboratively with our expert advisory group and steering group, fostering strong relationships across the health sectorworking in partnership to ensure strong governance and operational management support for any data storage and data managementimplementing practices and strategies that reflect the Wai2575 hauora report principles.Te Tahu Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission is a stand-alone Crown entity with a board responsible to the Minister of Health. Te Tahu Hauora is responsible for assisting providers, both private and public, across the whole health and disability sector to improve service safety and quality and therefore outcomes for all those who use these services in Aotearoa New Zealand.Read more about our values .
