Senior Advisor Learning We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our Learning and Capability team.
You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of a range of initiatives.
About the role To be successful in the role, in addition to your skills, knowledge and experience you'll need to be a self-starter with well-developed communication and relationship building skills.
You'll be joining a group of learning professionals who are passionate about making a difference for our people.
Key aspects of the role will include: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities Liaising with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that capability solutions meet MSD's organisational values Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes Mentoring and coaching team members Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and training methods About you You will bring your previous experience in a Learning Development role along with your understanding of adult learning principles and project management.
