This role is part of the National Scheduling team within Operations and Service Delivery.
We support a range of Courts and Tribunals, including supporting District Court scheduling functions on behalf of the Chief District Court Judge.
We feed operational business intelligence on utilization, data quality, and process to support District Court and Tribunals performance.

Key Responsibilities:Lead, support and promote continuous improvement to systems, technology, processes, and procedures.Communicate accurate, timely, and succinct written and verbal advice and recommendations, including for official and ministerial correspondence.Reflect solutions and advice using the team's knowledge and experience, on behalf of the National Scheduling Team, Chief District Court Judge, Group Manager, or Chief Operating Officer.Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people to achieve results.To be successful in this role you will:Have some knowledge of the courts or tribunals operations and business practices.Be able to provide accurate, objective advice in a complex customer-centered organization.Have well-developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Be able to see things from different points of view and make connections across different topics and streams of work.Be able to understand and interpret complex documents, including legislation, statistics, and business information.Bring an understanding of public sector systems and processes, the machinery of government, including the use of performance information to inform decision-making.Exercise sound judgment and political sensitivity.At Te Tahu o te Ture - the Ministry of Justice, we're committed to strengthening people's trust in the law of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
You will be working in a team of Analysts and Advisors located across the motu, who contribute to the delivery and improvement of scheduling in the operational environment.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 – $135,539 based on the skills and experience.
