You will have :Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive outcomesAbility to grasp complex issues quicklyStrong coaching and facilitation skillsKnowledge of relevant NZ employment legislationExperience working with cross-functional teams to deliver programmes of work would be advantageousStrong inter-personal skills to build trusted relationships with senior leadersStrong business acumen and ability to apply your understanding of business strategy to effectively deliver people outcomes.Working at ACC : The appointing range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities.ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
