In delivering Te Au Reka, we are seeking to build the Ministry's capability to deliver complex programmes of change. Te Au Reka is a game-changer and we care deeply about making it a success.Te Haeata/The OpportunityThe Senior Advisor Engagement will contribute to the development and implementation of the training of Te Au Reka and will work in the Change and Process work stream. You will have a solid background and learning development and delivery.As the Senior Advisor, Engagement, you will be using your skills and experience to think dynamically while you are building connections across Te Au Reka, as well as using them to influence our focus in the appropriate directions. You will be using your excellent people skills to think outside of the box when it comes to the traditional change process. People focus and connection is a huge aspect to how this role will exist and engage within our Change and Process space.You will relish working in ambiguous environments and working with multiple stakeholders. You will apply your problem-solving skills to identify paths forward and to deliver our training strategy for a better experience for our people, individuals and whanau going through our court system. You will apply your broad knowledge in training methodology to support enduring, user-centric service excellence, and contribute to the success of the Te Au Reka Programme.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
