Together with managers and senior leaders, you'll facilitate the process of developing, implementing and embedding the Ministry's incident and emergency management arrangements.Once in place, you'll be involved in testing arrangements with the business groups to ensure that plans have been properly socialised and referred to in response to potential incidents. Being able to critically assess and provide credible suggestions is key in this element of the role.
