About the position
This is newly established and varied role to support supporting to the Manager, Culture and Development in delivering value add learning design, organisational development and facilitation. This role is unique in that it will touch on aspects right across the talent lifecycle. (eLearning, career development, succession planning, health and wellbeing, early career programmes).
Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Support the design of learning interventions that meet the current and future needs of the Guardians' at an individual, team and organisation-wide level.Facilitate learning workshops as required (including train-the-trainer) aligned with the learning and development needs of the organisation.Support the Manager, Culture and Development to bring to life a rich succession and development planning process, including career pathways.Be involved in upweighting and bringing to life our wellbeing programmes and support including family violence across the business.Ensure annual and onboarding health and safety training is provided to all staff.Provide support to ensure the effective running of early career programmes such as the Guardians' Graduate and Intern Programmes.Support the design of our onboarding, reboarding and offboarding programmes, including liaising with the Senior People Partners to bring them to life for their teams.About you
We are looking for someone who has started to grow their career within a L&D environment, and a desire to drive innovative change and continuous improvement to meet the needs of our people and organisation. You will be able to demonstrate a deep experience and passion for learning, exposure and experience in succession planning, and evidence of influence and coaching, especially with key stakeholders.
This is a rolethat provides autonomy, and ownership of tasks that you will see through to implementation, with a creative and innovative approach.
