A key project we are delivering is Our Whare Our Fale. We have secured government funding to build up to 300 affordable, multigenerational, Pasefika-designed homes in Porirua to improve wellbeing and transform lives. The project is the first of its kind and is the biggest Pasefika project in New Zealand.

This role requires a high level of critical thought, rigorous analytical processes and methodologies, and the ability to communicate in a persuasive manner with well-articulated rationale, and the fortitude to stay the course. There will be a significant amount of autonomy in the role as there isn't the capacity for handholding.
About you Core skills will include the ability to gather, interpret, and apply evidence-based approaches to identify and develop targeted solutions. You will be expected to present those solutions in a persuasive manner and lead the implementation of whichever path is agreed.
