Join us in building a better place!About the RoleAs a Senior Adviser in our Strategy and Workplace team, you will lead and contribute to multiple projects, working across a diverse range of sectors, asset types and clients across Aotearoa New Zealand.Your role will involve:Leading project scoping and defining engagement terms with clientsConducting discovery and stakeholder engagementDeveloping strategic frameworks, roadmaps and solution-driven recommendationsCommunicating advice and recommendations clearly to clientsThis work may contribute to property or portfolio strategy, masterplanning, economic location analysis, strategic design briefs, business cases, feasibility studies, workplace strategies, or change and communication plans.You'll also collaborate with the Practice Lead to drive innovation and growth within these practice areas, connecting with other parts of our business (especially Technology and Advisory) to foster enduring client relationships and create new consulting opportunities.Day-to-day, you will:Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, problem-solve, and find innovative solutionsDeliver expert consulting and advice, managing multiple projects and prioritiesSupport the wider Strategy and Workplace teamIdentify opportunities for TwentyTwo to add value to new and existing clientsBuild meaningful, lasting relationships and partnerships with our clients, partners, and the TwentyTwo teamAbout YouYou will bring a blend of expertise, passion and a client-centered approach to every project.
