The Senior Adviser, People Operations & Projects will be focused on leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of a cohesive plan to lift operational excellence across the Talent and People Operations Directorate.In this role, you'll get to work on several critical projects. This includes the embedding and operationalisation of our new remuneration framework and organisation wide position description review.Your key responsibilities will be:Ensuring our People processes and procedures are user centric, consistent, easily accessible, integrated and well embedded for all users.Supporting the Programme Adviser and/or project leads to maintain project documentation.Supporting the embedding and operationalisation of the remuneration framework.Leading the organisation wide position description review.Assisting the People Operations and HRIS teams to ensure HRMIS business processes are accurate and fit for purpose.O pukenga - About youWe're looking for someone who is a confident generalist HR expert who has a knack for delivering quality people related projects.
