Senior Brand and Design AdviserThe Content and Channels team are vital in ensuring Te Putea Matua reaches a diverse range of audiences through the creation and delivery of digital and printed content.Te turanga - The roleThe Senior Brand and Design Adviser reports into the Team Lead Brand and Design and will develop, in collaboration with business areas, engaging brand and related content and material for Te Putea Matua. They will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure publications and communications are delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner and will also ensure all communication collateral aligns with our branding.This role will:Produce designs for digital and print communications material across a range of channels, our website and social media.Design and layout of key collateral, sensitive documents and publications to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design frameworks.Work collaboratively with the business to produce content that is aligned to audience needs.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers, where needed, to ensure collateral meets our brand and design frameworks and work is delivered on time and budget.Contribute to and implement RBNZ's corporate communication standards and frameworks.Contribute to our overall brand style and development in order to improve the usefulness of communications.O pukenga - About youComing into this role you will need to have a background in brand and design disciplines, with extensive digital and graphic design skills. You will understand Te Ao Maori and how this translates into design, alongside a true passion for delivering communication initiatives.You will have:A high proficiency in Creative cloud design software, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Extensive experience in brand and design disciplines with digital and graphic design skills.A high level of attention to detail and strong proofreading and editorial capabilities.The ability to design content that delivers organisational messages.Strong writing and communication skills and an ability to articulate information to a non-technical audience.Nga painga - What we offerThe Reserve Bank - Te Putea Matua has so much to offer.
