Role Overview: As a Senior SEM Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in leading and executing high-performance Google and social media campaigns (including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). You'll work across a variety of exciting projects, handling complex SEM and social media ad strategies to drive growth and engagement for our clients. Your responsibilities will cover paid search, performance max, shopping, video, and programmatic campaigns, in addition to key social platforms.
Key Achievements in the Past Month: Led comprehensive paid search, performance max, shopping, and video campaigns across Google and social media platforms. Managed and optimised high-budget SEM campaigns with a focus on improving ROI. Analysed performance data and presented actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborated on strategic planning and identified new growth opportunities in both SEM and social media. Delivered insightful reports on campaign successes, contributing to significant improvements in ROAS for clients. Thrived in a dynamic team environment, balancing creative thinking with data-driven decisions. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Search, Display & Shopping/Performance Max campaigns and running social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Holds a diploma or degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, with strong expertise in SEM and social media ads.
Is Google Ads certified and proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to present campaign strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Has experience using bid management tools and performance marketing platforms to drive campaign optimisation.
Enjoys working autonomously while being part of a fun and collaborative team.
