Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are looking for a tech savvy office manager and/or senior administrator to join the team.

No day is the same, offering a variety of tasks and the chance to wear many different hats.
A typical day in the life: Handle creation, formatting, proofreading, and final editing of documents.
Manage switchboard, client and website queries, and meeting room setups.
Market scheduled events, create presentation content, track attendance, manage correspondence, and provide technical support.
Create content, maintain client queries, and work to improve website traffic.
Do reporting on the website and social media to measure and ensure effectiveness.
Provide support to leadership, and manage housekeeping and kitchen maintenance.
Facilitate interaction, polling questions, and oversee webinar product/program management.
Maintain and create new client records, generate client documents.
Handle electronic filing and ensure accurate document storage.
A bit about you: Proficient in Microsoft applications, with strong expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Must have strong technical experience and abilities.
5 or more years' office administration experience.
Proficient in managing sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Time management and organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
