This is a role that will suit someone who enjoys a customer-facing role and who strives to deliver the best customer experience for all our patients.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Administrator to work with our Clinic Manager and receptionist to provide exceptional front of house service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our patients and staff.As the Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our clinic. You will manage administrative functions, oversee daily operations of the reception area, and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for enhancing patient care.You will be proactive, forward-thinking, and professional with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a team environment. Your willingness to go the extra mile, and take the initiative to make things happen, will be crucial in your success.This is a full time position on site with no ability to work from home.Our admin team work between 8.30am and 7pm Monday and Thursday and 8.30 am to 5pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8.30am – 4pm Friday (that's right – no weekend work!)Key Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative functions of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations.Data management, ensuring accurate patient records are maintained.Effective communication to ensure our clients feel welcome and have clear information about our systems and processes.Supervise reception staff, and work with the Clinic Manager to foster a collaborative team environment.Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records management, and billing and reconciling processes to clients, ACC and insurers.Monitor and report on key performance metrics to the clinic management.Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or Physiotherapy setting.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and able to work under pressure while remaining calm.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows based programs.
