Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)Position: Senior Accounts PersonRedpath Pacific Ltd is a long-standing manufacturer of commercial farm buildings.
We are seeking a senior accounts person to oversee our day-to-day accounting duties.
The role forms part of a small happy team and is to replace an existing person who has been with us for 5 years but has sadly moved on from the role.Skills Required:Oversight and input of DebtorsCreditorsInvoicingCreditor paymentsDebtor controlCross checking of sales worksheetsReconciliation of website salesOversee Export and import paymentsThe successful applicant will have a working relationship with the company's bank, IRD, PAYE, GST preparation, stock values control, and will prepare monthly reports on company transactions to management, along with general office administration duties.
Increased support is offered by other existing staff to assist the successful applicant with the company's products and systems.Requirements:Proficient in general accounting dutiesSome qualifications helpful, but previous self-taught working skills consideredUnderstanding of the Acredo accounting software is an advantageReliable with a high level of computer literacy / ExcelHours: 9am-3pm weekdays, or 4 days per week 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday.
