With a recent focus on modernising their finance function, they are seeking someone with a solid Accounts Payable background who thinks laterally and understands the chart of accounts.About the Role:This role is crucial in creating efficiency for the transactional accounting function in the business.
Your main duties will encompass but not be limited to the following:Manage approx.
700 - 1,000 monthly invoices across in NZ and AU dollarsAccurately set up vendor credit accountsManage payments for multiple entitiesReconcile bank and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.Continuously review and enhance accounts payable processes to promote scalability and efficiency.Any other tasks as directed by your manager.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?You have a Bachelor's degree majoring in accounting or finance.Expertise in end-to-end Accounts Payable processing and data automation.Excellent Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance teams.Exemplary communication skills; both written and verbal.Adaptable and eager to contribute to a growing company.If this role sounds perfect for you, please apply!Applicants for this position should be currently living in New Zealand & have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
