The Role Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will lead the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for completing all of Accounts Payable for the company (and subsidiaries), including but not limited to; Scanning of all invoices into system and ensuring these files are current and well maintained Ensuring all relevant invoices are coded correctly, including capex invoices, and process invoice reallocations where required Ensuring any invoices on hold are being remedied Set up and maintenance of vendors checking that all forms and supporting documentation is complete and valid and all details are up to date and complete in system You will also be responsible for management of staff including: Motivating team members to perform at a high level Setting team goals, creating and managing team and individual deadlines Monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics Discovering training needs and providing coaching About You You will ideally have: A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience in a similar role and experience working with a high volume of invoices. The ability to plan, prioritise and schedule workload commitments to meet deadlines.
