Their operations are a mix of both operational and project-based work, offering a great opportunity to learn diverse accounting practices in a fast-paced environment.Primary Functions:Accounts receivable: invoices, statements, and debtor control for marine customers and tenantsIntercompany transactionsAccounts payable: coding, data entry, processing and reconcilingBank payments transactions management and reconciliationFleet management coordinationMaintain Fixed Assets register, process depreciation, asset purchases and sales, and select depreciation ratesHealth & Safety administration including Approved Contractors and Contractor Inductions databaseProvide administrative support to Project Managers as requiredGeneral office support, for example maintaining office supplies, office presentation, meeting visitors, managing the customer database, and building compliance coordinationCustomer liaison and providing efficient, professional serviceAbout You:Experience: Proficient in standard accounting packages, with a background in accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, bank transactions, debtor management, coding, and data entryCommunication skills: Able to interpret documents such as leases, sales and purchase agreements, and terms and conditions.
