It will be their responsibility to ensure the group meets all accounting and tax related regulatory and compliance requirements, while also working closely with the CFO on key financial projects.This is an excellent opportunity to support the success of a growing business, so if you are keen to invest your time and energy and enjoy the nitty-gritty detail work, as well as getting stuck into projects, this could be a great role for you.The role in more detail:Reporting: Prepare monthly group consolidated accounts for the Board and investors.Prepare Financials: Preparation of annual financial statements for all entities.IFRS Project: Assist with the transition to IFRS-compliant accounts.Tax Compliance: Ensure that regulatory reporting and tax requirements, GST, and FBT calculations and submissions are completed.Cashflow & Covenants: Maintain accurate cashflow and banking covenant forecasts.Reconciliation & Records: Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and update fixed asset records.Audit Preparation: Prepare the business for financial and PCI DSS audits, and coordinate with auditors.
