Senior Accountant - Fixed Term Contract

This organisation located in central Auckland is a well-known facilities/property management company.
Due to internal requirements, they are seeking a versatile Senior Accountant to be part of their accounts team.
About the role: This is a fixed-term contract commencing ASAP till end of March 2025 (may extend). It is a vital role for the organisation, suited for someone who is strategic, hands-on, and highly analytical.
The role reports to the Financial Controller.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounting, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, month-end procedures, reporting, and evaluating commercial opportunities to increase yield and improve business.
