Senior Accountant, fast growing SaaS company!Full timeAbout Us:Flowingly is a fast-growing software startup delivering business process mapping & automation software to a global client base.We are super passionate about creating innovative solutions that empower teams to collaborate and grow. This role offers flexible working arrangements, with both remote and hybrid options available.What you will be doing:Reporting to the CEO and working as part of a small team, you will own the financial function across three SaaS companies and associated offshore subsidiaries.Improve and automate financial processes using technology.Work with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insights and ensure alignment with business goals.Own the end-to-end month-end process for multiple entities, including preparation of management reports and insights to support decision-making.Lead and support P&L reporting, management dashboards, forecasting, and budgeting processes for multiple entities and offshore locations, including the preparation and review of annual budgets and forecasts.Liaise with auditors and external tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and IFRS requirements across multiple entities and offshore locations.Reconcile accounts for multiple entities, including bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and inter-company transactions, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded in Xero and reconciled across entities.Help manage client billing and accounts receivable (AR) across multiple entities.Oversee accounts payable (AP) and payroll processes across multiple entities.Monitor and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and maintain quality standards.About you:Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar accounting role.Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in P&L reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in managing multiple business units and financial data.Proven experience supporting a complex business by managing month-end processes.Advanced skills in MS Excel and Outlook, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.A methodical, logical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on detail and accuracy.Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.If you are a highly motivated, technically skilled, and detail-focused Accountant looking for an exciting career in a very fast-growing software startup, apply today!
