Lead compliance reviews with precision, ensuring accuracy and best practices. Mentor and support junior team members, identifying any training or development needs. Help clients plan for the future with forecasts, cashflow budgets, management reports, and strategic planning. About You This role is perfect for you if you: Have 5+ years of professional experience, with a solid track record, in accounting. Are CAANZ or CPA qualified (or equivalent). Possess advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of compliance. Have a strong ability to develop relationships with clients and guide a team. Are an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Experience with Xero products is preferred but not essential.
