With an exciting mix of BAU accounting issues, and ad-hoc commercial finance work, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced commercial finance professional who is looking for more diversity in their role. You will use a range of tools, including BI products, to provide analysis and reporting for individual business units. Your work will be contributing directly to decision making in an entity which has experienced its best ever year, and is forecast to continue growing!   The Company This is a premier commercial organisation with an outstanding brand and reputation across New Zealand, and is an employer of choice for those in the accounting sector, as they are known for a fun company culture and offering great internal development opportunities.   The Role Accurate reporting contributing to sound decision making, including sales and margin, cash flow and monthly management accounts Contributing to the budget and forecast processes, including reviewing assumptions and outputs, and challenging where required Using Power BI, and other reporting tools, to provide analysis to stakeholders Providing accounting support, analysis and reporting for various business units Ensuring Financial Reporting Standards and Tax legislation is complied with   Your Profile Qualified CA or CPA with previous commercial accounting experience Excellent analytical ability using Excel (and ideally PowerBi), to identify opportunities and recommend solutions from large data sets An ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including explaining technical financial concepts in an understandable manner Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, outcome driven work ethic with exceptional time management Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand For more information about this role, please contact Tom Askham on 021 390 689 or Christopher Cluse on 022 0717 812 #SCR-Christopher-Cluse About the recruiter Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
