Read on Due to an internal promotion, we have an incredible opportunity for a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our dynamic and focused Venue's Sales Team as a Senior Account Manager.
Reporting to the Manager Venues Sales, you will support the achievement of revenue targets and associated KPI's through maximising our sales strategy along with building on opportunities for existing and new accounts.
Key responsibilities will include: Maintain and manage existing accounts and identify new potential clients.
Implement sales activity plans to achieve Venues budgeted revenue targets and KPI's Maintain a complete understanding of the Venues sales vision, products and services Promptly and proactively respond to and maximize conversion of new leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.
Actively participate in revenue generation activities across the Venues business.
Our ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated client relationship building experience, preferably in a hospitality sales role.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and understanding of the sales process.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and a strong ability to close the sale.
The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once.

The starting salaries for this position will be between $67,669 - $80,357 per annum, with opportunity to progress with experience in the role.
Offers will be made within the range to reflect the skills and experience offered by the candidates and internal relativities with other employees.
