Effective contribution to your team and engagement with the broader agency through active participation in agency initiatives and shared client accounts.Skills and Experience:Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 4 plus years of strong media planning and buying experienceGood understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities across several channelsSound understanding of consumer insights principlesActive participation in creative sessions and workshopsAbility to consider stakeholders' requirements and their issues in problem solving and decision makingAbility to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcomeStrong critical thinking and problem solvingConfident and articulate presenterAbility to coach and mentor in planningEncourages positive agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integrationFuture focusedSo why PHD?Community & Culture: PHD has an amazing culture thanks to our people and we regularly get together for regular free lunches and barbecues on our sunny deck!
