About the role Providing outstanding planning service across designated client accounts; offering and implementing innovative communication strategies designed to meet clients' requirements.
Effective contribution to your team and engagement with the broader agency through active participation in agency initiatives and shared client accounts.
Skills and Experience Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 4 plus years of strong media planning and buying experience Good understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities across several channels Sound understanding of consumer insights principles Active participation in creative sessions and workshops Ability to consider stakeholders' requirements and their issues in problem solving and decision making Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome Strong critical thinking and problem solving Confident and articulate presenter Ability to coach and mentor in planning Encourages positive agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration Future focused If you are interested in this position, please apply via the job ad and we'll be in touch!
