The Role As a Senior Account Manager at Blackpepper, you'll oversee a portfolio of medium to large clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.
You'll manage new build projects, juggle multiple priorities, and work closely with Account Directors to align client needs with our platform capabilities.
Your role will be key in driving client satisfaction and retention, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success.
About You We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for client service and a knack for managing complex projects and relationships.
Ideally, you'll resonate with most of the following: Proven experience (5+ years) as an Account Manager or Client Services Manager in a digital agency or a similar environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver outstanding results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and managing client relationships effectively.
Deep understanding of digital platforms, particularly within eCommerce or related industries.
Experience in strategic account management, client retention, and delivering measurable results.
Ability to work independently, providing strategic guidance and support to clients while fostering strong relationships.
