Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeRevolution Beauty is here to challenge the rules and norms of the beauty industry and we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help us deliver this vision.We are the world's biggest player in the fast beauty space, a British-grown brand who blend professional quality and highly pigmented formulas into fast-to-market, trend-led and affordable products.We're looking for someone agile, who can use their analytical mindset to build strong commercial plans with our retail partners, whilst reflecting our 'start-up' mind-set by being hands-on and able to communicate effectively with our UK based HQ to deliver on those plans.Key Responsibilities:Management of the Revolution business within our Key accounts (Priceline AU and Chemist Warehouse NZ), ensuring key financial metrics are achieved, setting the strategy for the accounts, along with promotional and NPD planning.Management of our Clearance Retailers (TK Maxx and Catch).Identify effective sales strategies and tactics to drive retail growth, market share, competitive brand ranking and KPI improvements.Develop positive retailer relationships.Work collaboratively across all brands and business functions to leverage retailer relationships, gain insights and promote the needs of the business.Coordinate and lead weekly alignment meetings with Internal teams.Coordinate the beginning to end process of all new launches and new brand roll outs.In alignment with the Trade Marketing manager, design an annual promotional plan for each brand, create merchandising plans and manage trade marketing spend in line with global expectations.Work with retailer marketing teams on any key sponsorship and sampling campaigns.Achieve incremental space for additional limited edition/Exclusive ranges, Christmas and Halloween etc.Operate as the lead point of contact for all ad planning, GWPs, product launches and general day to day for the relevant account.Own internal communication and documentation including display trackers, project updates, ad calendars, and communication of critical path timelines & deliverables.Assist in ensuring our go to market aligns with the global intent of the brands including:Imagery, assets and information.In store permanent fixtures.In store secondary locations (displays/endcaps).Maximize space opportunities for all our key brand franchises and execute local planograms alongside TM.Manage S&M spend inline with P&L and budget.Provide efficient sign off and forecast of income and promotional rebates with finance.Identification and management of clearance/discontinued stock.Coordinate with Trade marketing, Brand and Commercial teams on all launches, gain 360° support campaign for launches to ensure best in class execution.Working alongside Demand team to forecast new and limited editions SKU's for retailers, along with reviewing forecasting for ongoing SKU's.Presentation of monthly/quarterly P&L and Commercial reviews to key internal stakeholders.Prepare and present Bi-Annual Retailer Strategy meetings.Monitor and review sales performance against budget/targets.Manage team and personal expense budget and identify ways of controlling and reducing cost.Effectively manage, monitor, and review individual SKU performance to ensure profitability is maximized.Conducting regular ranging audits to ensure accuracies with retailers ranging.Conduct regular reviews to compare category ranking and pricing against competitors.Coach and develop direct report (Account Coordinator) for improved performance and job satisfaction - including identifying education requirements and succession plans, annual appraisals and reviews.Knowledge and Skills required:Demonstrate Leadership and management aligned to Revolution values.An experienced Sales Leader up to date with industry best practices and standards.Proven relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport at multiple different levels.Great influencing and negotiating skills.An analytical mind and a creative approach to problem solving.Time management.Solution focused and problem solving.Excellent written and verbal presentation skills – clarity, consistency, and confidence.Flexible around needs of the business.Experience with MS Office suite (2010).
