Our Auckland-based client is looking for a motivated new team member to join their team. You'll have a strong background in an agency setting, and a proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, specifically within social and digital.
In this role, you'll be the main contact for clients, steering integrated campaigns and helping them achieve their creative, social and digital goals. They're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to enhance account performance. You'll be able to think on your feet, manage client relationships with confidence, and have a keen eye for detail.
You will have 4 years + experience managing clients in an agency setting and have a good understanding of brand campaigns, as well as commercial and digital/social advertising. Your existing skills will include client relations, project planning, and financial forecasting.
Your tasks will include managing current and new client accounts, anticipating client needs, presenting agency work, and collaborating with your team to deliver successful projects. You'll also analyse campaign results, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to the agency's financial performance.
This role offers you WFH flexibility 1 day a week as well as a Work From Anywhere period each year. Other benefits also include private health insurance and enhanced maternity benefits.
