WHAT YOU ' LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS) As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will support the scale-up of our market presence by driving Enterprise sales in the North Americanmarket. You will deliver on the below missions: Contribute to our pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leadsby various prospecting methods (direct contact of targetedhigh-level profiles, participation in events,etc.) - 30% of our leads are expected to come from our AE team Manage the sales processfrom end-to-end, from lead generation to contract signature (typically3 to 9 months process) Nurture relationships with your accounts to secure renewal and identify (and manage)upsell opportunities Be accountable for data quality in our CRM (HubSpot), leverage our CRM to monitor key KPIs (sales funnel, conversion rates, process length, etc.), and define strategies to improve with the rest of the sales team Identify, structure, and summarise feedback from field experience to internal teams: implementation team to ensure smooth implementation process, product team to influence product roadmap definition and priorities, etc. WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) We're looking for candidates with a strong background in Software Sales at the B2BEnterprise level. You would typically have: At least 10+ years of sales experienceworking within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment You ideally have an experience in a environment (not only in medium or large organizations) You are comfortable in mapping complex organizations to identifykey stakeholders to reach out to and influence You are both a farmer and a hunter, and you like it :) You have a deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED Full remote from the US, preferably East Coast (our offices are based in Paris, France). YOUR TEAM Within the Sales team, you will report directly to our Head of Sales and work alongside other Account Executives,Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers. You will also work closely withour Marketing and Customer Success teams amongst others.
