This highly varied position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment of specialised portfolios. While it may sound simple, believe us when we say it's anything but – our robust process selects only the best people. Our busy, supportive, and collaborative team work together to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality police recruits across the country. This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about recruitment to join a highly successful team.You will have experience in end-to-end recruitment at Advisory level, with previous success achieved in a high volume, fast paced internal recruitment role or a relationship and service based (rather than solely dollar driven) agency position. Either way your reputation has been hard won but is well deserved. This is not a suitable role for someone without a high level of experience. Attention to detail and top-level service are your key drivers, as are your familiarity and comfort with compliance-based recruitment tools and systems. Proven experience managing senior level stakeholder relationships is also key to being successful in this position. Being able to demonstrate superior competency in behavioural based interviewing, supplemented by psychometric assessment tools and their use in the selection process is essential.
