Mo te tunga About the role As a Selection Specialist for NZ Police, you'll work with some of the best recruiters in NZ delivering real benefit on a national level. This highly varied position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment of specialised portfolios. You will have experience in end-to-end recruitment at Advisory level, with previous success achieved in a high volume, fast paced internal recruitment role or a relationship and service based (rather than solely dollar driven) agency position. Proven experience managing senior level stakeholder relationships is also key to being successful in this position.
