Will you join us?Permanent Full-Time Position – 6:30am startsFree Onsite ParkingMedical InsuranceAs a Seeding Room Supervisor, you will be part of a specialised team that manages and sows large volume seeds.
There's a real variety of seeds - in fact there are over 1,000 different types of seeds managed and sown on site.To be considered for this role, you will need proven leadership experience and be highly organised and methodical.
Having a mechanical aptitude is also desired as we use specialised sowing machinery.DAY TO DAY YOU'LL BE:Planning workflow to achieve the sowing scheduleLeading the team to achieve output, quality standards and sowing deadlinesStock managementHands on operating seeding machinesDriving a forkliftStarting at 6:30am – 40-45 hours a weekDue to the seasonal nature of the industry, hours will fluctuate.
