In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by: Identifying loss patterns Uncovering potential internal theft Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour Being a health & safety champion Removing opportunities for theft Ensuring a safe and secure store environment. Our Rotorua store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a Full Time role which will involve working Tuesday to Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm. Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas. To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will: Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral Be confident and remain calm under pressure Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
