And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.The Security Program Management(SPM) team in ANZ supports Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney Data Centre builds now and into the future. The team works at pace and takes ownership, able to deliver results on a daily basis. We are mindful of each other's differences and work tirelessly to support each other daily.Key job responsibilitiesProject Scope and Design of security systemsEngage in best practice procurement processesContribute to the financial processesManage all approvalsImplement your projects at paceTest and Commission at the highest standardComplete a thorough handover to your customerA day in the lifeYou will be involved in the security design process across many AWS sites. Preparing a build of materials to secure funding for your projects. You will plan in advance to meet critical milestones that if missed will impact other functions of the wider project. You will execute and monitor the risks of your project closely as you work towards the handover to the operations teams. Keeping accurate records are all part of the role and form the final phase of the project.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of program or project management experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedules
