Security Operations

Our organisation is going places and as a result of this we need full time staff for our Alarm Receiving Centre / Security Operations Centre to monitor security alarms, call management, guard and patrol dispatching and customer liaison. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, committed and enthusiastic. An individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and action packed environment. A previous background in an Operations Security Centre is ideal but not essential. Most importantly you will bring: Strong customer focus Initiative with sound judgement Excellent communication skills Exceptional conflict resolution skills Works well within a team or independently The desire to learn new skills Windows product knowledge, Word, Spreadsheets, database, e-mail Our business is operational 24/7.
