Inspection bodies undertake various types of professional inspections and issue inspection reports.The system of accreditation provides for a consistent, robust, and reliable use of conformity assessment to international standards and norms. Travel required. Full-time, 38 hours, with some workplace flexibility.The Health & Human Services Sector (HHSS) is diverse and growing, driven by technological progress and societal changes like population ageing. It includes Clinical, Social Services, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) subsectors.PurposeThe Sector Manager (Health and Human Services) will support the implementation of organisational values, strategy, and processes through the development and maintenance of knowledge, practice, process, and documentation for sectors or schemes within the nominated portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesRelate conformity assessment to stakeholder needs.Support regulatory initiatives and engage with industry, regulators, and scheme owners.Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Manage knowledge transfer and stakeholder activities.Undertake projects and contribute to internal system improvements.Coach and mentor assessors and technical specialists.Key InterfacesManagement, staff, and contractors.Certification and Inspection Bodies.Industry, community, scheme owners, and technical committees.Government and regulatory officials.Performance IndicatorsAdherence to Client Services charter.Effective servicing of committees and stakeholder groups.Contribution to organizational knowledge and client relationships.Promotion of accreditation.Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience in Health and Human Services Sector (HHSS) stakeholder management.Knowledge of the Australian HHSS and regulatory environment.Experience in client relationship management and/or auditing/assessments.Eligible to work in Australia and New Zealand.What We OfferCompetitive salary - $130,000 per annum excluding Super.Learning and development opportunities.$200 Health & Wellbeing subsidy.Christmas to New Year's: 3 days leave for 1 Annual Leave day.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).To ApplyJASANZ welcome candidates from all backgrounds and value diversity and inclusion in their workplace.
