You will work with the Clinical Nurse Manager on the operational aspects of the role, developing a quality assurance framework, equipment maintenance, and assisting with the technical aspects of your role.
You will collaborate with the Cardiac Sonography Professional lead in the professional development of the workforce and service.
You will have up to 0.2 FTE assigned to non-clinical workload.
Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Cardiac Physiologist Team Lead to work in our Cardiology and Respiratory Department at Taranaki Base and Hawera Hospital.
You will be part of a dynamic team.
The department offers: Pacemaker follow-up (ICD/CRT/Brady) ILR implantation and follow-up Diagnostic Coronary Angiography Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring Exercise Treadmill testing Lung Function testing (this is not a core responsibility, however, you may be called upon to assist) Mou - About you The successful candidate will require: Membership with the SCT (The Society of Cardiopulmonary Technology NZ) Ideally in the process of attaining an APC with the CPRB (Clinical Physiologists Registration Board) Accredited IBHRE/HR UK Proven management and leadership skills and experience If you have a positive outlook, well-developed oral communication skills, and enjoy working with people, we would welcome your application.
