Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Faults Teamin Wellington.
The role
Reportingto the Operations Manager (Reactive), you will be project managing reactivework from scope through to close out. You'll be responsible for planning,coordinating teams, providing technical support, managing and delivery workseffectively and efficiently.
Asafety championfor the team, you'llprovidetechnical support and advice to your team asnecessary to get the job done in a positive and proactive way.

About you
Anexperienced supervisor, you'll need to have a current practising license andhold relevant work type competencies, with HV switching experience on adistribution network. You'll also have:
-Proven Leadership and project management experience
-Proven experience of influencing effective team management
-Strong Coordination skills with excellent communication skills (both written& verbal)
-A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
-A team player with a great 'can do' attitude
