Seasonal Herd Test Technician - South Taranaki

Seasonal Herd Test Technician - South Taranaki Our Herd Test Technicians use LIC vehicles to install Herd Testing equipment in dairy sheds throughout the region. They then return the following day to collect the completed samples and equipment. This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent time management skills and physical strength as handling heavy equipment is a must.

The role is a 9-month Seasonal (Fixed Term) position commencing August 2024, covering the New South Taranaki regions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A 'can-do' attitude and are tech savvy
Good communication skills
Motivated and professional
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail
High level of fitness and physical strength (heavy lifting is required daily)
A current full class 1 driver's license is essential
This role works 6 days per week, Sunday to Friday, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week.
