Our client is looking for Seasonal EHS / Workforce Coordinator in the Hawke's Bay area at King street. Interviews to be held now and work will commence in December for suitable candidates when Season 2024/2025 starts. Working Days: Monday - Friday Shifts Available: AM: 05:00 - 13:00 PM: 13:00 - 21:00 BS: 21:00 - 05:00 Employee Benefits: $32.00 per hour + 8% holiday pay! 8 hour shifts available to suit work & life balance! Health and Safety is our biggest priority - making sure you get home safe every day! About the Role: Responsible for the support and delivery of an efficient and effective planning of third-party labor (3PL). Liaise with various 3PL parties to ensure staffing requirements are met. Ensure smooth onboarding of seasonal staff with regard to EHS requirements and to ensure specific job-related TRA (Task, Risk, Analysis) training is conducted. Ensure that the Training matrix is updated with TRA info. Assist with EHS incidents hazard identification - follow up on progress and completion and escalate in case of high risk. Lead updates of all seasonal EHS risk assessments. Daily paperwork sign-offs (Line sheets, Pre-Ops, Hygiene Surveillance, Post Cleans). Conduct daily BOS audits and gemba walks. Your Key Skills: Good communication skills. Proven experience in production or manufacturing role. Ability to problem solve. Knowledge of production processes and quality standards. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools. Attention to detail. Ability to train and develop team members. Reliable and responsible attitude. Team player and hands-on.
