Display a professional, friendly and approachable manner when greeting and connecting with our customers
Have experience fulfilling click & collect orders and addressing customer queries
Be excited to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed with exceptional work-ethic
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About this opportunity
Contribute towards the success of our Christmas trading period by delivering individualised customer service in a team environment. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of our premium jewellery store which involves maintaining a high level of store presentation - cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, the stockroom and store itself as well as working collaboratively to support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed. Develop knowledge of Michael Hill's artisanal craftsmanship and offer guidance to customers where appropriate.

What happens next?
You will complete a short application form with the opportunity to select your top store location preferences and share your rostering availability. If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview in store! From there if progressing the final stage is to complete a satisfactory background check before being offered a formal contract to join the team.
