The Role / Person CBay Fitness is looking for TWO energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join their high performing team. One role is based in Temuka, and the other role is based in Geraldine. We need you to bring an x-factor to the way we deliver our fitness service and Les Mills classes to the community!
It goes without saying that you'll be passionate about motivating others to achieve their health and fitness goals. We need an individual with high energy who can command the gym floor and inspire our gym goers.
As an outgoing people person, you will have the ability to build relationships with our customers and understand their varying physical and mental needs.
What we're looking for from you: Hold a First Aid Certificate and recognised qualification in sport, leisure or fitness with knowledge of health, fitness and wellbeing Bonus points if you have Group Fitness experience Be an exceptional communicator and thrive on client contact Have an upbeat personality that engages and supports gym members to overcome barriers Come and join our team of like-minded fitness gurus, working within a fun, supportive and dynamic fitness centre!

These are seasonal roles instructing two classes per week. The salary rate is $38 -$40 per class. The roles start from 15th November2024 to 16th March 2025. Check out a copy of the position description here. For further information please email us at ******.
