As a foreperson in out Timaru sealing team, you will lead a crew to deliver work for our customers, safety, on time and to the highest quality standard. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a job, including the coordination of all employees, plant resources and subcontract personnel in your area of control.In addition to the above you will: Ensure work is carried out safely, to specification and industry best practice.Coordinate, plan, and organise plant, labour and subcontractors to ensure the effective delivery of projects, alongside the supervisor and department manager.Maximise daily productivity of your team while ensuring a high quality of work.Deal with changes as they occur on the job and communicate this to your team and clientGood Work equals Good Benefits Medical insurance for you and your whanau.
