Our employees live by these values through the work they do, every day, as one team.The opportunity :As a Sealing Department Manager within our Sealing Team, you will be given the opportunity to lead a successful operational sealing department of Fulton Hogan.You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reseals and first coat sealing.
This includes the provision of a number of management and administrative services such as contract, financial, fleet, safety and human resources management.In addition to the above you will :Overseeing pricing of work and preparation of tenders / quotes / estimatesProactively champion and lead the Health & Safety of everyone on site in line with company standards, procedures and regulations.Ensure forward planning, organising and ordering of contract subbies / survey / materials / plant / peopleTo be successful in this role, you will :At least 5 years' experience within a contracting environment with chip seal operations experienceFinancial management experience including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, reconciliation and reportingKnowledge of human resources; recruitment, remuneration & benefits, employment relations and personnel informationYou will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
