Seafood Manager

As a Seafood department manager, you'll play an integral role in leading a small team and ensuring we deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. The Role Managing Buying/Stocktaking Ensure a range of high-quality products are available for our customers Lead and develop a successful team Deliver on budgets and targets Maintain a safe working environment Ensure all Food Safety requirements are met Key Skills and Attributes Prior experience in the food or retail industry an advantage Previous experience managing or supervising teams SAP experience an advantage, but full training will be given A positive attitude and great communication skills A passion for quality customer service The ability to understand costings/GP's A passion for seafood and a good eye for quality and presentation What's in it for you Be part of a friendly, focused working environment A full-time position with one weekend day included Opportunity to grow your career within an exciting industry.
