With a brand-new store and impressive offerings across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery, and liquor, we can't wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!We're currently seeking Seafood Assistants to join the team. You'll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.Shifts: Part-time shifts, starting at 7am, 8am, 2pm, or 4pm.The Role:Ensuring all seafood displayed in the case is correctly trayed, wrapped, and labelled.Ensuring seafood cases and freezers are appropriately stocked and merchandised.Serving customers and assisting with any queries.Assisting in the loading and unloading of seafood deliveries when required.Ensuring the department is kept clean at all times and housekeeping duties are completed.What's in it for you?If successful, you will join a business that prides itself on being 100% New Zealand owned and operated, become a part of a great community, and be a part of Highland Park's success from day one!What we're looking for:Food retail or fresh food experience is desirable.Good command of written and spoken English.Comfortable working with seafood products and in a cold environment.Able to start a role in Feb 2025.Applications close Tuesday 18th of December
