Reporting to the General Manager Sea Logistics, this role will be responsible for leading and driving a team of seven Sea Logistics Business Development Managers based across Auckland, Wellington, Napier, Tauranga & Christchurch.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to implement strategies to redefine Sea Logistics sales at Kuehne+Nagel NZ!You will have proven success in growing sales and margins, the ability to think laterally and strategically, relate and sell to all levels and be able to prepare and present business plans reflecting growth strategies.
Your primary focus will be on providing guidance, mentorship, motivation and support for a team of Business Development Managers, while also building your own portfolio.
