KNCooltainer New Zealand is a specialist division of Kuehne + Nagel; providing temperature controlled perishable commodities throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands and are committed to providing an excellent service.Your RoleKuehne+Nagel's Cooltainer division has an opening to join our Christchurch based Documentation team, to deliver customer and operational excellence for our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate and provide accurate and timely documentation and administration services to our wide range of customers.
You will also be open and willing to assist with operational and customer facing tasks, as and when the role requires.Your ResponsibilitiesTo ensure Documentation and Invoice accuracyEnsure operational excellence, by liaising with suppliers (Transport Operators, Shipping Lines, Ports etc.)
and arranging both import and export jobs within deadlinesTo liaise with the Commercial and Trade teams with regards to pricing and costsTo ensure complete and correct customer contact data, service data and changes in KN systemsTo qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution processTo document, resolve and analyze all complaints and identify, share and eliminate root causesTo create, review and refine customer reportsYour Skills and ExperiencesPrevious exposure to Logistics or Freight Forwarding documentationExcellent communication skills to provide high level of customer service and maintain relationshipsExceptional eye for detailComfortable working towards tight deadlines and ability to multitaskFlexibility to adapt to change in a team environmentProven success in building positive working relationships with othersWhy work for us?In return, we'll offer you opportunities for career progression, a supportive company culture and flexible working arrangements.
