Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeResponsible for assisting a self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve their delivery goals through teaching and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting Agile principles and practices, facilitating key ceremonies and workshops, identifying, and eliminating impediments, and facilitating effective flow of value.Also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers and Solution Architects, to increase the effectiveness of Agile across the enterprise.The opportunityWe are on a journey of in new ways of working - resulting in 2 newly created roles of Scrum MastersWith an engaged Senior Leadership team, so you will be in the position to make a real difference to how we do things.Work with our dedicated, in-house delivery team, nurturing an agile mindset, fostering resilience, and facilitating a culture of transformation and improvement.Passionate and collaborative colleagues and stakeholders, in cross functional agile working teamsGlobal business but down to earth and inclusive team.Permanent, full-time role, based in Auckland.Hybrid working and happy to talk flexible.Your new roleReporting to our Release Train Engineer/Agile Coach, you will work closely with our highly experienced delivery team and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to support our delivery goals through coaching team practices, implementing and supporting Agile principles and practices.
You will be responsible for:
Facilitating workshops and presentations, engaging senior stakeholders.Fostering high-performing teams through coaching and conflict resolution.Drive team progress towards goals, challenging old norms for improved performance.Support Agile adoption and implementation aligned with Lean Agile principles.Lead continuous improvement efforts, enabling teams to innovate and problem-solve effectively.Facilitate key events and ceremonies including the daily stand up, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective and Scrum of ScrumsEliminate impediments by supporting the team in addressing and eliminating issuesShield the team from external interference and distractions to enable effective flow of value.More information and the full job profile can be shared with you during the interview process.

About you You are an experienced Scrum Master, who is excited about the opportunity to be involved in the early stages of our new ways of working. With a passion for people, business improvement and taking the business on a journey you will have:
